I will be graduating from a 2-year Supply Chain and Operations Management program (SCOM) with a Diploma from Durham College in April 2026.
With in-class projects, I have demonstrated certified proficiency as well as acquired certificates in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud.

About Me
Professional Journey
I started my work experience as a sales associate which helped me understand customer service head-on. With hands-on learning with Point Of Sale systems, product configuration and report writing, my knowledge on the flexibility needed to meet customer needs has only grown. Now finishing a Diploma in Supply Chain and Operations Management, I aim is to use my knowledge on business processes, procurement practices, and ERP systems like SAP4/HANA to make sure clients expectations are always a top prirority.
Analytical Approach
I've gained experience using forecasting instruments like weighted-moving averages, trend analysis, and exponential smoothing to analyze past data on performances to predict future outcomes. I have also acquired LinkedIn Certificates like Sales Forecasting and Purchasing Foundations to boost my knowledge in these areas.
